  • Ground Meat Your choice

  • Raffaele di Mamma Pasta Sauce Any flavour
  • Eggs
  • Frozen Chopped Spinach
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cottage Cheese


Prepare Equipment

  • Preheat oven to 375°, Boil water and cook spaghetti, heat a skillet over med-high heat


  • Add onions & ground meat to skillet until meat is no longer pink
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 more minute, then drain
  • Stir in Raffaele di mamma pasta sauce and bring to boil
  • Reduce heat, cover, and cook until heated through (approx. 15min)
  • Drain pasta and place in a baking dish
  • Combine egg with spinach, salt & pepper, and cottage cheese. Stir ingredients together
  • Top spaghetti with ground meat mix
  • Top the the ground meat mix with the eqq mixture
  • Cover and bake for 45min at 375, then uncover and bake for an additional 15min
  • Let stand for 15min, then cut or mix and serve
